A federal judge paused enforcement of a dangerous Executive Order—now we must stop voter suppression laws like the SAVE Act and Michigan’s HJR-B
In a major win for democracy, a federal court has temporarily blocked the Trump administration’s voting Executive Order, which would have forced voters to provide a passport or similar proof of citizenship to register.

But the threats aren’t over. Legislative voter suppression is still moving forward. Anti-voter laws are being introduced under the false pretense of “security,” targeting communities already marginalized by the criminal legal system.
