Early Voting Starts October 25 in Michigan

Make your plan now—find your early voting site and cast your ballot before Election Day

Starting Saturday, Oct. 25 through Sunday, Nov. 2, early voting will be available in Detroit, Pontiac, Southfield, and communities across Eaton, Grand Traverse, Ingham, Livingston, Macomb, Marquette, Monroe, Muskegon, Oakland, Saginaw, Tuscola, Washtenaw, and Wayne Counties. Use the resources below to confirm your location, hours, and what to bring.

Yes, you can vote in Michigan—even if:

  • You have a felony or misdemeanor
  • You are on probation, parole, or tether
  • You don’t have a Michigan ID (you can sign an affidavit)
  • You have unstable housing
  • You have a disability
  • You are a naturalized U.S. citizen
