Voting Access for All Coalition (VAAC) and Michigan League of Conservation Voters Education Fund (MLCVEF), in partnership with the Michigan Department of State (MDOS), invite the community to get a Michigan state ID, renew your ID or driver’s license, or take care of other Secretary of State services on-site.
Access to a valid ID is a barrier for many of the people VAAC works with, including returning citizens, people experiencing housing instability, and low-income residents. Without an ID, it is harder to secure housing, access services, and register or update voter information. This clinic is focused on removing that barrier by bringing services directly into the community.
