With Election Day getting closer, maybe you’ve been wondering what you can do to help. Here’s one way to get involved, right from home!
We’re turning our October 23 VAAC Friday Community Meeting into a Phone Banking Power Hour, where we’ll spend an hour reaching out to Michigan voters with accurate information about their voting rights and the upcoming election.
Please join Voting Access For All Coalition (VAAC) on Friday, October 23, from 12:30 to 1:30 PM ET at vaac.me/Fridays for a Phone Banking Power Hour.
During the Power Hour, we will:
- Make calls to voters across Michigan
- Share important information about voting rights and elections
- Help address misinformation and confusion
- Provide training and a phone banking script
No experience is needed. Training and a script will be provided.
You don’t have to know everything about elections to help. We’ll give you the information and support you need to make calls, and you’ll be joining other VAAC community members who are doing this together. Just bring your willingness to help!
