All You Need to Know About Upcoming Expungement Clinics & Road to Restoration Events in August and September

Free clinics and resource events are coming to communities across Michigan to help people address barriers connected to a criminal record or suspended driver’s license.

Road to Restoration clinics and expungement events provide different services. Road to Restoration clinics focus on driver’s license restoration and are not expungement events. Expungement fairs and intake clinics help people determine whether a Michigan conviction may qualify to be set aside and may provide legal assistance with the process.

VAAC is sharing these opportunities but is not hosting the events. Contact the event organizers with questions about appointments, eligibility, documents, or services.
