We are excited to share that Voting Access for All Coalition has been selected as the recipient of the Partner of the Year Award from Michigan Voices as part of their 20th anniversary celebration.
The award recognizes contributions, collaborative efforts, and overall impact within the community. We are truly honored and deeply grateful for the partnership we have built with Michigan Voices over the years. Much of VAAC’s growth and impact has been shaped through this relationship and through the broader coalition working to strengthen civic participation across Michigan.
This year, Michigan Voices is marking two decades of coalition building and movement infrastructure, highlighting extraordinary partners and leaders across the state. Other honorees include Stephanie Chang for Legislative Achievement, Amy Chapman and Art Reyes III for Impact Awards, Mark Brewer for the Justice Award, and Alexis Anderson-Reed for National Leadership.
This moment reflects the collective, community-rooted work happening across Michigan to expand civic participation and remove barriers. It belongs to the staff, ambassadors, volunteers, partners, and communities who continue to organize and lead across our state.
The award will be presented at the Michigan Voices 20th Anniversary Celebration on Wednesday, February 26 at 5:30 PM. Tickets are available now.
We are proud of this achievement and look forward to celebrating at the anniversary event.
