VAAC Is Hiring Ambassadors, Canvassers, and Phone Bankers

Voting Access for All Coalition is accepting applications for ambassadors, canvassers, and phone bankers to support voter education and outreach in Michigan communities.

VAAC works throughout the year to help eligible voters understand their rights, register to vote, learn what is on their ballot, and participate in elections. Our outreach focuses especially on communities that face barriers to voting, including people impacted by incarceration, housing instability, and other systemic barriers.

Roles available

Ambassadors lead outreach and educate voters in their communities.

Canvassers connect with community members through door-to-door outreach.

Phone bankers make calls, share voting information, and help more people participate in elections.

These roles are an opportunity to help community members access accurate information about voting and make a plan to participate in upcoming elections.

Apply now

People with direct experience of barriers to voting are encouraged to apply.
